Why ours stay down
Most garage floors fail for the same reason: the coating was rolled onto a slab that was never opened up. Ours is ground into the concrete.
We diamond-grind first
The whole slab gets opened so the coating bonds mechanically into the concrete instead of sitting on top of it. Cracks and pits are repaired before anything is poured — included in your quote.
Industrial-grade flake
Flake is broadcast into the wet epoxy, then scraped back and vacuumed so it’s comfortable underfoot. It gives grip when the floor is wet and hides everyday wear.
Polyaspartic topcoat
The layer that carries abrasion resistance, protection against oil and brake fluid, and UV stability — which matters when the door faces the afternoon sun.

Will hot tires pull the coating up?
That happens with retail floor paint because paint only sticks to the surface. A properly ground and coated system is bonded into the concrete itself, which is what prevents it — as long as you give it the full 2 to 3 days before parking.
Can you really finish in one day?
Yes, for a standard residential garage. You clear it the night before, we arrive in the morning, and the floor is finished before we leave. Curing runs on its own clock after that.
Can I match it to my house?
We bring flake samples to your home so you can see them in your own lighting and against your existing finishes.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Brevard County and Indian River County — Palm Bay, Melbourne, Viera, Rockledge, Cocoa, Merritt Island, Satellite Beach, Sebastian and Vero Beach, among others.
What about patios and pool decks?
We coat those too. Mention it when you call and Javier will price those areas during the same visit. Outdoor surfaces carry the 5-year warranty rather than the lifetime one.
